Where I live, and as I write this, we are experiencing dogwood winter. It’s a seasonal cold snap that comes when the dogwoods are in bloom. Just like we expect the sun to rise every morning, we can expect the chill that’s in the air when the dogwoods bloom.
With that said, this week’s blog post is short and sweet. When the weather is cold, I want to read more than ever. Reading is a good cold weather activity……who am I kidding…..it’s a good summer activity, too!

Agree! Nothing better than curling up with a warm blanket and good book when you’re cold, especially this late in the spring! Brrr…so glad warmer temps are on the way!
